【摘要】:Thismethodissuitableforprovidingdataonthechemicalcompositionof6Al-4Vtitaniumalloysforthescopeelements.Itisintendedtobeusedforroutineproductioncontrolandfordeterminationofchemicalcompositionforthepurposeofcertifyingmaterialspecificationcompliance.Additionally,theanalyticalperformancedataincludedwiththismethodmaybeusedasabenchmarktodetermineifsimilarX-rayspectrometersprovideequivalentprecisionandaccuracy.1.1ThistestmethodcoverstheX-rayfluorescenceanalysisof6Al-4Vtitaniumalloyforthefollowingelementsintherangesindicated:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection10.
