【摘要】:ThispartofISO13041specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1,thegeometrictestsonnumericallycontrolled(NC)turningmachinesandturningcentres,ofnormalaccuracy,withhorizontalworkspindle(s)asdefinedin3.1and3.2.ThispartofISO13041specifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtothetestsmentionedabove.ThispartofISO13041explainsdifferentconceptsorconfigurationsandcommonfeaturesofNCturningmachinesandturningcentres.Italsoprovidesaterminologyanddesignationofcontrolledaxes(seeFigure1andTable1).ThispartofISO13041dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytotheoperationaltestingofthemachine(e.g.vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents),nortomachinecharacteristics(e.g.speeds,feeds)assuchchecksaregenerallycarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.
