【摘要】:ThispartofISO18437specifiestwomethodsforestimatingPoissonratioor/andelasticmodulusforisotropicvisco-elasticorporous-elasticmaterialsforuseinlinearfiniteelementmethod(FEM)computerprogramsorothernumericalapproachestovibrationaloracousticproblemsinvisco-elasticstructuresofcomplicatedgeometry.Themethodisbasedoncomparisonbetweenmeasurementsofforce-deflectionorstiffnesscharacteristicsfordisc-shapedspecimens,withbondedboundaryconditionsatbothends,andFEMcalculationsofthoseconditionsasafunctionofPoissonratio.Thechoiceofthesingle-sampleortwo-samplemeasurementmethoddependsonwhetherthePoissonratioistobedeterminedaloneortogetherwiththeelasticmodulus.Sometimesthesematerialsareconsideredtobeincompressibleandbehavenon-linearlyespeciallyinlargestaticdeformations.Manycommercialcodesareavailabletosolvesuchproblems.ThisisnotthecaseinthispartofISO18437,whereonlysmalldeformationsobservedintypicalvibrationproblemsareconsideredand,hence,linearFEMcodesareadequateandmoreconvenient.ForthepurposesofthispartofISO18437,andwithintheframeworkofISO/TC108,thetermdynamicmechanicalpropertiesreferstothedeterminationofthefundamentalelasticproperties,e.g.thecomplexYoungmodulusandPoissonratio,asafunctionoftemperatureandfrequency.ThispartofISO18437isapplicabletoresilientmaterialsthatareusedinvibrationisolatorsinordertoreduce:a)transmissionofaudiofrequencyvibrationstoastructure,e.g.radiatingfluid-bornesound(airborne,structure-borne,orother);b)transmissionoflow-frequencyvibrationswhichcan,forexample,actuponhumansorcausedamagetostructuresorequipmentwhenthevibrationistoosevere.ThedataobtainedwiththemeasurementmethodsthatareoutlinedinthispartofISO18437andfurtherdetailedinISO18437-2toISO18437-4canbeusedfor:designofefficientvibrationisolators;selectionofanoptimumresilientmaterialforagivendesign;theoreticalcomputationofthetransferofvibrationsthroughisolators;informationduringproductdevelopment;productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers;qualitycontrol.
