【摘要】:1.1Thisdocumentappliesformachineryandplantsforthepreparationofconcreteandmortarasdefinedin3.1.Thisdocumentspecifiestherequirementsforthedesignof:a)hatchingandmixinginstallationsforconcreteandmortar;b)poweredmixersforconcreteandmortar,includingforstorageandhandling;c)wastefreshconcretereprocessingplant.Itdoesnotincluderequirementsrelevanttotruckmixers.Themachinerymaybestaticoritmaybecapableofbeingmovedtoanalternativeposition.1.2Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomachineryandplantforthepreparationofconcreteandmortar,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Theexceptionsareexplosionhazardswhenusingflammableorexplosivematerialsthataresignificantbutnotdealtwith.Thisdocumentspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.Maintenanceisdealtwithbutnotnoiseduringmaintenance.1.3ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachineryandplantswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesfunctionsforusinganH.323packetnetworkinordertointerconnecttwoPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkexchanges(PINXs)formingpartofaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).Interconnectionisachievedbycarryingtheinter-PINXsignallingprotocolovertheH.323callsignallingchannel,makinguseoftheprotocoltunnellingfacilitiesofH.323,andinter-PINXuserinformation(e.g.,voice)overlogicalchannelsestablishedthroughH.323.EachlogicalchannelusuallyrepresentsaunidirectionalmediastreamconveyedbymeansoftheReal-timeTransportProtocol(RTP).Theinter-PINXsignallingprotocolisassumedtobeQSIG,asspecifiedinISO/IEC11572,ISO/IEC11582andotherstandards.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesforanon-demandtypeofinterconnection,whereaseparateH.323callisestablishedatthestartofeachPISNcallandcleareddownattheendofthatcall.Asemi-permanentscenariowhereasingleH.323callwithanindefinitelifetimecarriesQSIGonbehalfofmanyPISNcallsisdescribedasanadditionaloption.InthescenarioscoveredinthisInternationalStandard,thePINXsparticipatinginacallarenotnecessarilyawareoftheH.323networkprovidingtheinterconnection,andthefeaturesavailablearethoseoftheQSIGnetwork.ThisisdifferentfromascenariowheretrueinterworkingbetweenQSIGandH.323(i.e.QSIG-H.323-QSIG)isusedtoconnecttwoPISNsortwopartsofthesamePISN.Inthislattercaseallnetworksparticipateinacallonequalterms,andfeaturesarelimitedtothoseavailableinallnetworksandsupportedbythegateways.ThislatterscenarioisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXsthatcanbeinterconnectedtoformaPISNusingQSIGastheinter-PINXsignallingprotocol.
